Rescheduling
- You can request a reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment start time.
- Reschedules are subject to slot availability.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment time are eligible for a refund (minus payment gateway charges, if applicable) or credit to a future session.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time are typically not refundable (this is a time-reserved professional service).
- No-shows are not refundable.
Refund timelines
- If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Typical processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment method.
