This policy explains cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for appointments booked on this website.

Rescheduling

• You can request a reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment start time.
• Reschedules are subject to slot availability.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment time are eligible for a refund (minus payment gateway charges, if applicable) or credit to a future session.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time are typically not refundable (this is a time-reserved professional service).
• No-shows are not refundable.

Refund timelines

• If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
• Typical processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment method.
